With three tribes and nowhere to hide the players are madly shuffling back and forth, scrambling to build their support system. Some are doing far better than others as we saw in Scorpio Energy. Yanu’s losing streak continues and Jessica paid the price with her poor social game. It isn’t very smart though for Tiffany, Q and Kenzie to waste a fake immunity idol on Jessica. She didn’t have the numbers and was assuredly and unequivocally being sent to Ponderosa. The move felt like they were unnecessarily rubbing salt in Jessica’s wounds. They are just lucky she isn’t on the jury although she might have a lot to tell the others at Ponderosa so she still could have some influence on how the game plays out in the end. Jessica may indeed have her revenge on her Yanu tribemates.
On with this week’s Survivor Stock Ticker:

In a season where there are three tribes it is important that you make a good first impression and quickly fit in well with your tribe. Jessica stumbled and never could recover.

Tiffany continues to have a lot of pull at Yanu both socially and as a leader. One has the feeling that even if their numbers continue to deplete that Tiffany has enough social shielding to keep her in the game.

Maria’s advantage has upped her already rising stock. She is seen as an even more valuable ally to everyone.

This episode was all about Tevin. He was the breakout star. His high social standing gives him great influence over Nami. Influence that at this time appears unbreakable.

Being an emotional person is fine in the outside world but like many real world characteristics being an emotional player in Survivor can really damage your stock. You can be seen as chaotic, untrustworthy and unable to keep a secret or important information to yourself.

Kenzie’s social game is on everyone’s radar and that isn’t a good thing. Is she playing too hard, too fast? We will see.

Venus has just plummeted at Nami but the thing is she has made her own bed. Her social game is floundering because she doesn’t know when to voice her opinions and when to bite her tongue. Just like Bhanu she has no filter. Being opinionated can be wonderful in the outside world but not so much in Survivor. You can be seen as potentially hard to work with.

Who’s next to go?

Bhanu’s loose lips are sinking his Survivor ship.

She has dug herself a deep, deep hole. Can she save her game?

Tim continues to be on the outside at Siga because of the alliances that are in place. He is that low man on the totem pole for sure. He is just lucky to be on a winning tribe.
