Back in 2013 during the finale of Big Brother Canada’s first season Topaz Brady made a massive blunder. As a member of the jury deciding the winner she accidentally voted for the wrong person. She meant to vote for Gary Levy but instead, after a rant about her and her name being stuck in her head, voted for Jillian MacLaughlin instead. That one vote was enough to tip the scales and give MacLaughlin the win.
I have been watching and covering Survivor since the very first American season. I also watch all of the other Survivor franchises around the world. Never have I ever seen anyone pull a ‘Topaz’ until last night’s episode “Mamma Bear”, Ben Katzman admitted that during the previous tribal council he wrote down the wrong name. He meant to write Venus but wrote down Kenzie instead. In the end it didn’t really matter as the vote was five to one but it is just another blunder in what has been a season full of blunders when it comes to gameplay. Q, who was finally send to jury last night, was the fifth player in a row not to use or play a Immunity Idol. We have two choices here. Either the others are doing a masterful job of snowing their targets or these players have the collective IQs of a block of moldy cheese. I’ll let you be the judge.
Next week we have our big Survivor 46 finale and a winner will be crowned. The final five are:
Maria Shrime Gonzalez
Liz Wilcox
Kenzie Petty
Charlie Davis
Ben Katzman
Who do we think will win this season? Check below at the very end for our predictions.
On with this week’s Survivor Stock Ticker:

He was on death row for a very, very long time. It was not surprising that he was FINALLY fed to the sharks. What was surprising is that he didn’t use his Immunity Idol to save himself.

Kenzie’s stock has been on the rise for quite some time. In particular, her social game seems to be the strongest of anyone on the island.

While she may have taken a hit as far as popularity goes for some of her recent decisions she still is a commanding presence on that island.

Like Kenzie he has risen higher as his strategic game has.

His health issues don’t bode well for his status during the finale.

She has taken a big hit when it comes to her social game.

How will they finish?

Her social game is the deciding factor.

He isn’t seen as a leader but a follower.

Dragged along. Doesn’t really have too much of a story to tell.

A hanger-on for far too long.

Too much of a threat to keep around. Even Charlie knows that.
