Survivor Stock Ticker: Episode Six

It is time for the Survivors to drop their buffs. It appears the tribes are about to merge on tonight’s episode and the dynamics are switching up once again..or is that going back to what they were once again?

Let’s do a tribal inventory…

Original Uli

Original Kele

Original Hina

With Hina and Uli going to war, Uli the advantage. Not only do they have more original members but they picked up Sophi as well. Sophi will likely bring Alex along boosting Uli’s numbers to seven to four.

This merger brings up some interesting possibilities and this next vote could go in so many different directions.

Does Savannah use the Uli numbers to finally ditch Jawan, who helped vote out Shannon?

Will Sage’s targeting of Shannon go over well or badly with Uli?

If Uli holds all the power where does that leave everyone else?

Will Sophie throw Kristina under the bus to the others?

One aspect that cannot be underestimated are the bonds which Nate and Rizo, Sophi and Savannah have. As couples they are very strong. As a foursome, they can control various aspects of the game.

If you check out my Global TV interview with Shannon last week you will see that she finally got her hug.

” Yeah, Sage and I have talked at length. She came home from the show and called me the next day to air it all out. What I really appreciate about our ability to communicate is the emotional maturity there. We respect each other and are open. I’m not perfect, so I’m open to hearing how I may have hurt her and what I could have done better. We talked extensively. After our first or second conversation, she let me know she was excited to give me a hug. She came to Boston last month and we got to hug. It was really beautiful and very full circle,” she told me.

Next Time On Survivor: “Blood Will Be Drawn” – A boat arrives delivering a very important message to the overjoyed castaways. Old alliance members reconvene to talk strategy, as the game has shifted since they last saw each other. Then, the game intensifies when a two-part challenge leads to the season’s first individual immunity win.”

On with this week’s Survivor Stock Ticker:

She put a target on herself by becoming everyone’s friend but her core relationship wasn’t as solid as she thought it was. That is what ended her game.

Nate isn’t on anyone’s radar, he isn’t perceived as a threat and everyone seeks him out for advice or counsel.

He is taking a lot of heat. He is becoming more and more central to Uli’s inner politics.

Who’s next to go?

This week’s pick is probably the hardest of the entire season simply because there are so many in the firing line for good reasons. I think Jawan’s hour glass finally runs out and that’s because Uli has Sophi and Alex so ditching him won’t matter and the only other big challenge threat to them would be MC…but there is plenty of time to deal with her.
