Jessica Alba is returning to the action genre.
The star of such hits as ‘Dark Angel’, ‘Sin City, ‘The Fantastic Four’ and ‘Machete’ will be producing and starring in the Netflix action-thriller: ‘Trigger Warning’.
Netflix describes the films as: A traumatized veteran inherits her grandfather’s bar after his untimely death, and is faced with a moral dilemma as she discovers the truth.
The film will be directed by Mouly Surya whose previous film was 2017’s ‘Marlina The Murderer in Four Acts’.
Alba Alba is also the entrepreneur behind The Honest Company and Honest Beauty, the mission-driven consumer products company she founded in 2012.
No premiere date has been announced.
