The Boys’ Billy Butcher is getting his own short film.
Amazon Prime has announced that some time after the second season of The Boys debuts they will be releasing a short film entitled simply “Butcher”.
The first three episodes of the second season debut on September 4th on Amazon Prime.
The short film will reveal what happened to Billy Butcher between seasons.
The acclaimed series follows a group of vigilantes as they seek to expose and destroy a beloved superhero team that at its core is corrupt.
The Boys is based on the comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson published by DC and then Dynamite Comics.
