Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling will be squaring off in the Netflix film “The Gray Man” from Joe and Anthony Russo.
The Russo brothers directed Avengers: Endgame, Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America: Civil War for Disney and Marvel. They will direct and produce “The Gray Man”.
In the film Gosling is an ex-CIA operative turned assassin. He is pursued by Evans, a CIA agent and former colleague.
The film is based on the ‘The Gray Man’ series of books from Mark Greaney who also collaborated with Tom Clancy and has continued the Jack Ryan series of books.
Word is the production will cost Netflix upwards of $200 million.
Netflix has not announced a debut date.
