Comedian Jim Gaffigan will return to Netflix for a new stand-up special airing later this year. The performance will tape October 15 and 16 at the State Theater in Minneapolis. You can read more about his new show here.


Apple has released a new trailer for their upcoming series The Shrink Next Door which premieres on November 12th. The series stars Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Kathryn Hahn and Casey Wilson.


The George Lopez series ‘Once Upon A Time In Aztlan’ has found a home on Amazon. Amazon has ordered a pilot for the series which is about a “Chicano family in the deep suburbs of Los Angeles as they come to terms with the falsehoods of the American dream, and their ability to defy expectations”. Netflix has confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter that there could be a Squid Game video game in the works. “We’ve been getting an overwhelming but happy volume of requests from the organization — from the consumer product department, from the gaming group, from our other international teams. My team’s role is to really look at all of those opportunities together, to create that roadmap for the Squid Game IP. We are looking at multiple different areas — from games, consumer product, and others — to really figure out what we can bring to our audiences to increase their affinity towards our content and give them more joy, while staying true to the world that our creator has built, said Minyoung Kim, VP of Content for Asia Pacific.
