Kristin Chenoweth will be singing again.
The star of Glee, Pushing Daisies and The West Wing is putting her pipes to good use again in the upcoming Disney + comedy series The Biggest Star in Appleton.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Chenoweth will play Carol Dannhauser, who is a local celebrity in her hometown because of her community theater roles. Things get complicated for Dannhauser when a hometown New York chorus girl, Tara Hubley, moves back upping the competition.
Paul Rudnick, who produced In & Out and Addams Family Values is the show’s creator.
There is no premiere set for the series.
